COVID SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing times: due to health issues and the current situation all orders take more time to be packed and sent off, i will try to get everything out within two weeks, thanks for understanding.

Shipping times: to every country are severely affected. Due to the lack of flights orders might be transported by ship instead of plane and therefore take longer to arrive. Please allow 12 weeks for an item to be declared lost.

is on hold until further notice by our postal services.

Please only order if you dont mind waiting and want to support our business as we are unable to refund orders. We will always try to ship as soon as possible.

Shipping to all of the US is finally possible again, though shipping times are drastically increased due to being transported by ship.

There are still no news for shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
(Please note that i can only ship orders through "Warenpost"-shipping of goods, and not letter mail which is only meant for documents)

I know this is very frustrating for everyone affected and iam beyond sorry. I already have all orders packed and ready to ship as soon as shipping is available again. Not being able to ship makes me feel anxious every single day so I sincerely thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who is so incredibly patient and understanding (i will think of ways to compensate everyone affected by the incredibly long wait).

Preorder items usually will take anywhere between approximately 4-10 weeks to ship, please follow our instagram stories and posts for updates on those.

All orders are shipped tracked and insured.


CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

GIFT ORDERS & NOTES  
Orders can be sent as gifts to friends and family as well. Please leave a gift note in the "Add a note to your order" section in your cart and i will include that with your purchase. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please be sure to read over item descriptions thoroughly before making your purchase!

 

TROUBLE TRACKING ORDER
Please make sure to use your countries tracking site when tracking the number and give it up to a week for it to be trackable (reach your country).
Alternatively you can use this site to check tracking within Germany. 

 

ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order hasn't been delivered within 6-8 weeks, please kindly contact your local post office. Make sure you have double checked that your address is correct, as we're not responsible for orders getting lost/returned due to wrong addresses, and failure to pick your order up from the post office.

 

ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERD BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please check your post box, surrounding area if your order has been dropped off in there or nearby. Also check with your family members, roommates, neighbours etc. if it has been picked up by them. Lastly please contact your local post office and ask if they might know where it is. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do once it reaches your country.
