All orders will be shipped once a week usually Mondays.

These are the estimated delivery times of Deutsche Post.
GERMANY                                     1-3 business days

INTERNATIONALLY                         1-2 weeks*

*please note that international orders may take up to 12 weeks to arrive due to customs and other unforeseeable issues 


INSURANCE AND TRACKING
All orders are shipped tracked and insured.


CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

GIFT ORDERS & NOTES  
Orders can be sent as gifts to friends and family as well. Please leave a gift note in the "Add a note to your order" section in your cart and i will include that with your purchase. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please be sure to read over item descriptions thoroughly before making your purchase!

 

TROUBLE TRACKING ORDER
Shopify automatically chooses the wrong tracking site when sending shipping confirmations, which results in an invalid tracking result. 
Please use this site to check tracking within Germany. 
And make sure to use your countries tracking site once the order has reached your country to check your orders status within your country. Please note shipping times above.

 

ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order hasn't been delivered within 6-8 weeks, please kindly contact your local post office. Make sure you have double checked that your address is correct, as we're not responsible for orders getting lost/returned due to wrong addresses, and failure to pick your order up from the post office.

 

ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERD BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please check your post box, surrounding area if your order has been dropped off in there or nearby. Also check with your family members, roommates, neighbours etc. if it has been picked up by them. Sometimes orders are marked as delivered prematurely, please wait a couple of days. Lastly please contact your local post office asap and ask for more information. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do once it reaches your country and has been marked as delivered by your local postal services.
